GENERAL PROCEDURE (non-negotiable)
1.Buyer sends ICPO to the seller signed and stamped
2.Seller sends draft contract for negotiation
3.Seller/Buyer approve the Final Contract, sign and stamp electronic version
4.Buyer Issues pre-advice Irrevocable, transferable, automatically revolving Letter of Credit (LC) to Sellers Bank within 5 banking days
5.Seller checks the pre-advice LC and confirm to Buyer within 5 banking days
6.Buyer issues the operative LC to Seller’s bank within 7 banking days
7.The Seller Banks sends Proof of Products (POP) via Swift bank to bank methods to the Buyer’s Bank and activate the payment Instrument.
8.Independent inspection for Quality & Quantity before loading into containers ex works ( at expense of the buyer);
9.Buyer initiates payment
10.Goods arrive to designated ports
11.Buyer receives all papers after completing payment
